SELF DEFENCE FOR KIDS, TEENS AND ADULTS
Since we’ve been running the Sunshine Coast branch in Buderim 2018, the classes got very popular and now we have junior and adults classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 5.30 – 6.15pm and from 6.15 – 730pm at the Mooloolah Public Hall, 42 Bray Rd, Mooloolah Valley QLD 4553. We also have students come from surrounding suburbs like Diamond Valley, Eudlo, Glenview, Beerwah, Woombey, Palmwoods, IIkley and Maleny.
KMA is internationally recognised as award winning schools for our martial arts education self defence. It is one of the biggest Martial Arts schools in Australia based in Liverpool, NSW and has been established since 1986.
We teach one of the oldest forms of Mixed Martial Arts called Hapkido Combatives that teaches you realistic self-defence techniques from all kinds of situations using strikes, kicks, joint locks, takedowns and ground combat.
You will also improve your awareness, fitness, confidence, mobility, flexibility while you make long lasting friends and learn to save lives.
